Full accommodation payment by - 30th of April, 2020 at the lates or bookings will be cancelled. Accommodation Discounts are offered only by direct booking with the lodge office. | |
| Reservations: | Prior winter season - reservations will be held only for 7 days without a deposit |
| Reservation taken out in the winter season will be held for 24 hours only. Payments in full must be made within 24 hours of booking - in way of cash, bank cheque or credit card. (Personal cheques are not accepted.) | |
| All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. | |
| Weekend reservations are payable in full at the time of booking. | |
| Deposits: | Prior to winter season: $500 per person per week or 50% of the total tariff on booking & payable 7 days of booking. |
| Balance: 28 days prior to arrival - or booking is assumed cancelled. No follow-up phone call will be made. | |
| Cancellations: | If cancellation of booking takes place 28 days prior to arrival, full refund of deposit less 15% of the total booking will be deducted. |
| Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival - "NO REFUND" of all monies paid. We do not offer snow guarantee. | |
| Short notice bookings - that is 28 days or less prior to arrival. Any cancellation will result in "NO REFUND" of all monies paid. | |
| Insurance: | Accommodation Insurance - is strongly recommended in the case of injuries, theft or the totally unexpected situation. |
| Alcohol: | We have a full tourist facilities liquor licence, which means that lodge guests must purchase all alcohol consumed on the premises from our BARS. |
| Spa & Sauna: | Hot spa and sauna facilities are available to our lodge guests only. Lodge guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. |
| Ski hire: | On your arrival we will help you with your ski hire and also help you to select the appropriate ski lifts and lesson programs. |
| Check in time: | 4.00 pm (or earlier if the room is available) |
| Check out time: | 10.00 am. Late check out will result in additional charge ($70/person) |
