Out-of-town access number update.

As previously advised, with telstras withdrawl of services from all local exchanges, we have had to make network infrastructure changes. Check here if you don't directly call our Albury, MtBeauty, Corryong or Wangaratta services!

While we are not yet completely saved, we have made arrangements and have had additional equipment installed at remote sites to ensure (where possible) the continuation of services.

The current situation is:
Customers north and east of Holbrook (Billabong etc). Installed 27/May, operational, NOW 56K
Customers north and west of Culcairn (Henty, Rand). Installed 17/May, operational, NOW 56K
Customers north and west of Corowa (Yarrawonga etc). Installed 27/May, operational, NOW 56K
Customers south of Winton (Benalla). Installed 22/May, operational, still 56K
Customers west of Killawarra (Wilby etc). Service TERMINATION DUE 10-JUNE.
Site found in Yarrawonga, installation completed 04/Jun. Number change required.
Affected customers advised by e-mail. If you have not received notification but believe you are affected, call our office urgently for the new number.
Bonus: access will now be possible for customers in Cobram etc, ie, anywhere within local call of Yarrawonga.
Customers south and east of Milawa. Service TERMINATED. No suitable site found. Affected customers advised by e-mail with alternative arrangements.
Customers north of Ournie (Tumbarumba). Service TERMINATED. No suitable site found.

Where suitable sites have been identified, the installed equipment will retain the same number as the existing service (except where noted), thus customers will not have to change their configurations in order to maintain access.

Please call our office if you are currently calling our Milawa, Ournie or Killawarra sites so we may advise you of alternative connection plans for you.
